WARRANTY INFORMATION
We believe in standing behind the work we do. We guarantee that if we work for you, it will be done correctly. We have built our business on providing quality services at fair prices.
The following are specific warranties for our products and services: (Must show proof of purchase). Most Trees and Shrubs purchased at the nursery: Have a 30-day warranty, and can be exchanged or issued a store credit, no cash back. After 30 days, all sales are final. Any trees or shrubs installed by Stacks Nursery after the 30 days, there will be a 1-year warranty, where the customer will be issued a 50% off replacement credit towards a new tree or shrub, labor not included. Stack's Nursery wants you to be successful and happy with your purchases, so if the your plant does die for any reason, we will still replace the tree or shrubs with a 50% credit of tree or plant purchase. (Does not include labor) up to a year. Warranty does not cover annuals, perennials or tropicals. Plant must be returned (unless installed by us) with original receipt. Regenerated Palmettos: 18-month warranty for full replacement of palm.
Sod carries no warranty, retail or installed. Wholesale and Landscape pricing does not have a warranty!! Full Warranty for shrubs, trees, palms does not cover, improper watering, acts of nature, including floods, drought, record temperatures, ice and snow damage, insects or preventable diseases. Human damage or neglect is also not warranted. Any installed plants that are having issues should be reported in a timely manner to Stacks Nursery so that preventative action can be taken to try and save the plants.
SOD - THERE IS NO WARRANTY ON SOD ONCE IT LEAVES THE NURSERY. IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES, NOTIFY THE NURSERY IMMEDIATELY SO WE CAN HELP SOLVE ANY ISSUES. SOD MUST BE LAID WITHIN 12 HRS. HIGH TEMPERATURES CAN CAUSE SOD TO HEAT AND CAUSE DAMAGE. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND APPLYING A FUNGICIDE AND INSECTICIDE AS SOON AS THE SOD IS INSTALLED. PLEASE CHECK WATER EVERY MORNING! IF YOU MISS A DAY, DAMAGE CAN OCCUR TO THE BLADES OF THE GRASS.
